Most websites go from first conversation to launch in around two weeks, depending on the number of pages and features. Larger custom builds are scoped and timed together first.

Pricing is monthly only, with no upfront fees. A simple landing page starts from £35 a month and a business website with an online shop and purchasing system from £45 a month. Custom builds are quoted individually. Every price is tailored to what your business needs, and you get a clear, free quote before any work begins. There’s nothing to pay upfront. You pay one monthly price, which covers your website, hosting, client portal and ongoing care. Payment details are agreed when you sign up. You can cancel any time with at least 7 days’ notice before your renewal date. If you’d rather pay a lump sum upfront in exchange for a lower monthly price, I’m happy to work out a deal - just ask.

Every site is built with SEO foundations: clean structure, proper titles and descriptions, structured data, fast loading, a sitemap and your local business details. Nobody can honestly guarantee a ranking, but your site will be set up properly to be found - and your monthly report keeps you informed.

A private login at portal.xleo.dev where you can request changes, see previews before they go live, approve finished work, check your site is online, read monthly reports and message me directly. A Help Centre inside answers the common questions.

How often your site was online (uptime) and any outages, how fast it responded and any slowdowns, the maintenance carried out, the requests completed and changes you approved, and what’s outstanding and planned. The figures come from automatic checks made every few minutes, so it’s a record rather than an estimate. It appears in the portal, and is emailed to you as a PDF.

Send a request through the portal. Requests are looked at in the order they come in, as soon as possible - swapping some text or a photo is quicker than something bigger. You’re notified as it moves, and nothing is marked done until you’ve checked and approved it.

General upkeep of your website, and changes to it - sent as requests and handled in order. It doesn’t cover a complete overhaul or rebuild of your site; that’s a separate piece of work. Long-standing clients get extra perks, so it’s worth asking.

Message me to cancel at least 7 days before your renewal date, and your plan runs to that date with no further payments. (Pay on the 20th and cancel on the 3rd? It ends on the 20th.) Cancel later than that and the next month is still charged, so the plan ends a month later. When the plan ends, your website is taken down and your portal access ends.
